Booking Rules for the Sale of Villas in Housing Scheme

The applicant is required to get the application form available from our office, authorized agents or from our website www.lakecitylahore.com.

|
|
|
2 |
Applicant shall duly fill and sign the form and submit it along with 2 passport size photographs, duly attested copy of National Identity Card or Passport and the payment due at the time of booking as per the payment package selected.

The payments shall only be made through Pay Orders / Demand Drafts in the name of "The Lake City Holdings (Pvt) Ltd." and receipts shall be obtained immediately from our office "1st floor of the Mall of City Towers, Main Boulevard, Gulberg, Lahore".

5 |
Villas available on Corners and Park Views, be charged an extra premium of 5% on total Villa price.
|
|
|
|
6 |
The package, which has been offered for the launch, has limited number of villas and is offered on first come first served basis.
|
|
|
|
7 |
The Villa is indivisible and can be owned by one juristic person only.
|
|
|
|
8 |
All applicants shall be required to sign an agreement with Lake City holdings (Pvt.) Ltd. The agreement will be issued to the alotee after three weeks of receiving of the booking price.

|
9 |
The rights to the villas shall become transferable as per the rules formulated by Lake City office. The transfer shall only be done as per the rules of the LCH at its office; “First Floor of The Mall of the City Towers, Main Boulevard, Gulberg, Lahore”.

10 |
All delayed payments shall carry mark-up at the rate of 1.25% per month. However in the event of default on the part of the Purchaser in making payment of any two consecutive installments on the due dates, Lake City shall give 30 days’ notice to the Purchaser to rectify such default, failing which Lake City shall have the right to terminate the booking. In the event of any such termination, Lake City shall have the right to retain 25% of the total Villa Price. In case the purchaser wants to cancel the agreement similar terms as mentioned shall apply.

Any reason beyond the control of Lake City, the handing over of the villa to the client who has paid all his dues in full is delayed, Lake City shall be liable to pay Rs. 25,000/- per month computed on 1-Kanal basis as delayed / rental charges. However this condition does not apply in conditions “force majure”. Furthermore, notwithstanding Lake City’s established rights, the delay period in payments shall be added to the delivery time.

The board of Lake City Holding Pvt. Ltd has the right to withdraw this offer without assigning any reason prior to the issuance of allocation letter and refund the amount received without any further right or claim whatsoever in this eventuality.

13 |
The board of Lake City Holdings Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to make adjustments (without notice) in the house plan to suit the geometry of the plot and/or for architectural / structural considerations.
|
|
|
|
14 |
Dimensions given in the drawings of villas are tentative and are subject to site demarcations.
|
|
|
|
