The contract for development of phase I of Bella Vista has been awarded to M/s. Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd, one of the largest and most renowned EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) companies of Pakistan. Their efficiency can be gauged from the fact that they mobilized machinery to Lake City site in 72 hours after the contract signing

ceremony. The agreement is to complete road infrastructure, water supply, electricity, and sewerage and telephone network for entire phase in 18 months time, 6 months ahead of schedule.

Lake City has signed a joint venture with Zaamin Developers, a concern of guarantee engineers with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, to built 400 thematic villas in sector M-1, designed by leading group of iconic architects, namely by, Meinhardt Pakistan, Nayyar Ali Dada, Wasif Ali, Isbah Hassan and Tony Ashai - USA.

Lake City has signed an agreement with Ashai Design Corporation for designing villas and planning lake city hills, ranches on the central lake of Lake City. Ashai Design Corporation, one of the renowned architectural firms from USA, that specializes in the designing, master planning and construction of high end luxury villas.
